Primo SVC Warranty and Service Division (EVMS) Fleet Engineers have over 24 years experience in vehicle fault rectification, with excellent communication and problem solving capabilities. Each Fleet Engineer has his own email address and Blackberry for ease of communication.
Primo have target response times dependant on the severity of the fault. This information is furnished with all our certification and contracts.
Service & Warranty
Primo will provide our customer with a standard warranty plan for a 2 year period (24 months) from the date the vehicle/s enters service.
For the period of 2 years (24 months) all parts and labour are covered by the standard warranty plan. Within the 2 year period Primo will rectify any parts or workmanship faults associated with work carried out by the company.
Primo warranty and service is provisional and extends to all aspects of attention to detail. We at Primo pride ourselves on understanding how the Industry performs, as we have a dedicated service and warranty Engineer. All our vehicles are supplied to the end user with the dedication of the Primo team. Our quality trained service and electrical Engineers are dedicated to you, our customer, to ensure total satisfaction with our product.

Primo operate a 24 hour service Emergency Vehicle Maintenance Service (EVMS), Warranty and maintenance division. We operate a 24 hour roadside assist service, including vehicle recovery, with trained engineers at your disposal. We know and understand the down time associated with vehicles being off the road and we strive to have the best for you, our customer, at all times.
